10-MINUTE CREAM CHEESE PASTA

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup reserved pasta water
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for a minute.
  4. Add cream cheese to the skillet and a splash of reserved pasta water, stirring until smooth.
  5. Mix in the cooked pasta and chopped turkey bacon, adding more pasta water if needed for creaminess.
  6. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
