- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
- In a bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the mixture to the air fryer basket.
