Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
  3. In a bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the mixture to the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Once golden and crispy, remove from the air fryer and toss with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
  7. Serve hot.
