Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, mix the milk, oil, and eggs until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the chopped apples.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
  8. In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of milk to make the glaze.
  9. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled loaf.
