- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups apples, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
