- 4 pieces chicken breasts
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the rice, chicken broth, and onion soup mix together and spread it in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
- Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
- In a separate bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup and sour cream, then pour it over the chicken.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1 hour.
