Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a small saucepan, bring the apple cider to a boil and reduce it to about half. Let it cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, beat the butter and sugars until creamy.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in the cooled apple cider and vanilla.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
