  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix well.
  4. Incorporate eggs one at a time, scraping down the sides of the bowl.
  5. Slowly add apple cider, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, mixing until well combined.
  6. Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes, until the center is set.
  8. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
