- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
