  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup green peas (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine the rice and chicken broth.
  3. Rub the chicken legs with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the chicken legs on top of the rice mixture.
  5. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil, add green peas if using, and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
