  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  3. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Add the sautéed garlic and butter mixture to the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the scallops in a baking dish and top with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the scallops are opaque and the topping is golden brown.
