  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter to form the crust, then press it into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add the mashed bananas, vanilla extract, and lemon juice, mixing until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the banana cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for about 45 minutes or until set, allowing it to cool at room temperature.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
