Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Remove the membrane from the ribs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder, then rub it onto the ribs.
  4. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake in the oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
  6. Remove from the oven, brush with barbecue sauce, and grill for 5-10 minutes if desired.
  7. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
