Beef Stuffed Shells Pasta

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef and mix well.
  5. Stuff each shell with the beef mixture and place in a baking dish.
  6. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly.
