- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Mix until well combined.
- Fill each pasta shell with the beef mixture and place in a baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
