  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Mix until well combined.
  5. Fill each pasta shell with the beef mixture and place in a baking dish.
  6. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add more vegetables like spinach or bell peppers to the filling.
  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the meat mixture.
