Biscuits and Gravy Casserole

Delicious and hearty Biscuits and Gravy Casserole made with turkey bacon and chicken ham for a flavorful twist on a classic dish.

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add chicken ham and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  5. Cut the biscuits into quarters and layer half in a greased baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle with half of the turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheese.
  7. Pour half of the egg mixture over the layered ingredients.
  8. Repeat the layers with remaining biscuits, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheese, then pour the remaining egg mixture on top.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and set.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider using spicy sausage instead of turkey bacon.
  • This dish can be prepared ahead of time and baked the next morning for a quick breakfast.
