Blackstone Chicken Philly Cheesesteaks

A delicious twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak featuring chicken and turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  3. Add olive oil to the griddle, then sauté the onions and bell peppers until soft.
  4. Add the sliced chicken, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, cooking until the chicken is done.
  5. Layer the cooked vegetables and chicken with provolone cheese on the hoagie rolls.
  6. Top with crispy turkey bacon and serve.
