Blueberry Breakfast Quesadilla

This Blueberry Breakfast Quesadilla is a delicious and easy morning treat that combines sweet blueberries with cheesy goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, honey, and cinnamon until well combined.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle blueberries on top of the cream cheese on one tortilla and place the other tortilla on top, cream cheese side down.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  5. Cook the quesadilla for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  6. Slice into wedges and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a variation, add sliced banana or nuts to the filling.
