  • 12 ladyfinger cookies

Instructions

  1. Start by whipping the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, blend the mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture gently.
  4. Add the bourbon and vanilla extract to the mixture and combine.
  5. Dip ladyfinger cookies in coffee briefly and layer them in a serving dish.
