  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbled.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a separate pan, scramble the egg mixture until fully cooked.
  5. Lay out the tortillas and fill each with sausage and eggs, then sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Roll up the tortillas and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
  7. Cover with remaining cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
