  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Add turkey bacon, onion, and garlic; sauté until the onion is translucent.
  5. Stir in Cajun seasoning and bell pepper; cook for another 2 minutes.
