  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
  3. Add the diced potatoes, chicken broth, and Cajun seasoning, cooking until the potatoes are tender.
  4. Stir in the chicken ham and heavy cream, heating through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot topped with crispy turkey bacon.
