  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
  • 2/3 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  6. In a separate bowl, prepare the Cheddar Bay biscuit mix according to package directions, adding milk.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit dough on top of the beef mixture.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
