Cheddar Bay Ground Beef Cobbler

  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions and garlic.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  4. Spread the beef mixture into a baking dish.
  5. In a bowl, combine biscuit mix and milk until just combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit dough over the beef mixture.
  7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
