Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Smoked Sausage

Deliciously cheesy and flavorful, this dish combines ranch-seasoned potatoes with smoked sausage for a hearty meal.

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 pound smoked sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss baby potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes.
  4. Slice the smoked sausage and add it to the baking sheet.
  5. Roast for an additional 15 minutes until the sausage is browned and the potatoes are tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle cheddar cheese over the mixture, then return to the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Drizzle sour cream over the top before serving.
