- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss baby potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder.
