  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  4. Toss the biscuit pieces in the chicken mixture until well coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a bundt pan, pressing them down gently.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
