  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup additional mozzarella cheese for topping
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture onto a parchment-lined pizza pan, shaping it into a crust.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the crust is golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and spread pizza sauce over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle cooked turkey bacon and additional mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh basil if desired, and slice.
