  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, stirring constantly for about 1 minute.
  3. Add milk and sour cream to the mixture, whisking until smooth. Cook until thickened.
