- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a food processor, combine parsley, garlic, red pepper flakes, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper, then blend until smooth.
