  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 package puff pastry sheets
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, thyme, and garlic powder.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into rectangles.
  4. Place the turkey mixture in the center of each pastry piece.
  5. Fold over and seal the edges.
  6. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
