  • 40 saltine crackers
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with saltine crackers.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar, then bring to a boil for 3 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture over the saltines and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 5-7 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Allow to melt, then spread the chocolate smoothly.
  7. Mix granulated sugar with ground cinnamon and sprinkle over the melted chocolate.
