  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup cream cheese frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  5. Spoon the batter into the cupcake liners, filling them halfway.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the batter in the liners.
  7. Top with remaining batter to cover the filling.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cupcakes cool before frosting with cream cheese frosting.

Notes

  • For an extra touch, add a drizzle of caramel sauce on top.
