Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
