Coffee Cheesecake

A rich and creamy coffee cheesecake perfect for coffee lovers.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/4 cup coffee liqueur (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract, brewed coffee, and coffee liqueur until fully combined.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until set. Let it cool completely before refrigerating.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
  • Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
