  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until softened.
  2. Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add the potstickers, bok choy, and carrots. Reduce heat and simmer until the potstickers are cooked through.
