Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  3. Spread the marinara sauce in a baking dish.
  4. Add the cottage cheese mixture on top of the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and add olives and bell peppers.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
