A delicious breakfast casserole featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for any morning!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces chicken ham
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 cups diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, etc.)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté diced vegetables until tender.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the cooked bacon, chicken ham, sautéed vegetables, and shredded cheese to the egg mixture and stir.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
