  • 4 slices bacon, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing the patty on a bun, topping with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise.
