  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons korma curry paste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
  3. Stir in the korma curry paste and spices.
  4. Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
