  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add onions and garlic, sautéing until soft.
  3. Add chicken ham, potatoes, and corn, stirring to combine.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer.
  5. Add heavy cream and paprika, stirring well.
  6. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Crumble reserved bacon on top before serving.
