  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine the diced potatoes, turkey bacon, onion, garlic, chicken broth, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours until potatoes are tender.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with extra bacon and green onions if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier soup, increase the amount of Cajun seasoning to taste.
