- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the pan and chop.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and mushrooms. Cook until they are tender.
