- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup chopped parsley (for garnish)
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Brown the chicken on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.

- Return the chicken to the skillet, ensuring it is covered with the mixture.
