Creamy Southern Spaghetti Bake

A deliciously creamy and hearty spaghetti bake that combines turkey bacon and chicken ham for a southern twist.

  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  4. In the same skillet, add the chicken ham and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add the cooked spaghetti, turkey bacon, and chicken ham to the bowl and mix until well combined.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle with additional cheese if desired.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

  • This dish can be customized with vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for added nutrition.
  • For a spicier version, increase the amount of crushed red pepper flakes.
