- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup peas
- 1 teaspoon salt
