Crispy Egg Salad

A creamy and flavorful egg salad with a crispy twist, perfect for sandwiches or as a standalone dish.

  • 6 large boiled eggs
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs until hard-boiled, approximately 10-12 minutes.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, peel and chop the boiled eggs.
  4. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chives, salt, and pepper to the eggs. Mix well.
  5. Fold in the crispy turkey bacon.
  6. Serve chilled on bread or as desired.
