  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 hamburger buns

  • tomato slices as needed
  • tartar sauce as needed

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Dip each fish fillet into buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the fish until golden brown.
  4. Meanwhile, cook turkey bacon in a separate pan until crispy.
  5. Toast hamburger buns, then layer with lettuce, fried fish, turkey bacon, and tomato slices.
  6. Top with tartar sauce and serve immediately.
