  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon five-spice powder
  • 1 baguette
  • 1/2 cup pickled carrots
  • 1/2 cup cucumber slices
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Score the skin of the pork belly and marinate it in fish sauce, sugar, and five-spice powder.
  3. Roast the pork belly in the oven for 1.5 hours until the skin is crispy.
  4. While the pork is roasting, prepare the pickled carrots and slice the cucumber.
