  • 2 large potatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the potatoes into thin rounds and place them in a bowl.
  3. Add olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  4. Spread the potato slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. While the potatoes are baking, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  7. Once the bacon is cooked, remove it from the heat and chop it into small pieces.
  8. After the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and top with chopped turkey bacon and slices of chicken ham.
  9. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to heat the toppings.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
