- 2 large potatoes
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 slices chicken ham
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the potatoes into thin rounds and place them in a bowl.
- Add olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- Spread the potato slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- While the potatoes are baking, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
