- 1 pound salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Cook the rice according to the package instructions and let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil.
- Slice the salmon into small cubes and marinate it in the sauce for about 10 minutes.
