  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In one bowl, place the flour; in another, beat the eggs; and in a third, mix the breadcrumbs with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each salmon piece first in flour, then in egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and lemon juice for the dipping sauce.
  8. Serve the salmon bites warm with the sauce.
