- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- ¾ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form a crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla and mix.
