- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies and chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
